LOL...a weekend later and finally on here to blog about last weekend. It's definitely been a busy month for us. Seems like we are always out and about. Last weekend was definitely no exception. Well let me take that back, we did have a relaxed day on friday. Saturday - Monday was three fun filled days for us.
Saturday: We woke up early to get ready for our hour and half drive to finally meet some great friends. We met A & C via the world of FFXI. We have only known each for about 8 months, but clicked as if we have always known each other. This would be the first time we met face to face. We decided that we would make a full day of it. Can't go wrong with shopping, starbucks, good ole' southern BBQ and bowling. We had such a wonderful time with them. Our day was filled with lots of laughter and good ole' QT with great friends. Thanks A & C!
Sunday: Our sister R and her partner K along with their kiddos came down to spend the whole day and night with us. They brought along their new puppy who just loved being around our dogs. We thought she may be scared considering our boys are way bigger then her. Hah, she proved us all wrong. She went after them as if she was the same size of our biggest dog which is about 90-95 lbs. It was too cute.
The kiddos had no idea they were coming down to visit and stay the night so they were super excited. We definitely love our Auntie and Uncle time. It was great to have them all here. We ate way too much, laughed like we always do and enjoyed just spending time with each other.
Monday: Our sister K, her hubbie J and the kiddos came down to spend the day. We had a full house in which we loved every moment of it. Nothing like 6 adults, mixed with 5 kiddos and 3 dogs. We spent our day lounging, laughing, watching a movie and stuffing our faces for lunch at all you can eat pizza buffet. LOL...as you can see our w-end had a theme of us stuffing our faces. Uncle taught the kiddos how to do spit balls in the restaurant. The kiddos got the hang of it after a few tries, but Uncle and J had the kids beat in best spit balls. It's a good thing we didn't get kicked out. Our table definitely was causing alot of ruckus. Hehe. Another wonderful time with our family. A great way to end our 4 day w-end.
We are very blessed and thankful to have wonderful friends and family. One of the greatest things we enjoy is spending some QT with all of them. The best part is when you can just hang out, do nothing but talk and have the best time ever.
To our family and friends far from us....We love and miss you all lots!

What a way to end our 4 day w-end......
What a great w-end with family and friends. However my PC seems to have crashed. I was looking forward to logging on to blog about our w-end and low and behold my PC starts resetting itself. The last time it did this, I had to use a can of air to clean it out. However that did not do the trick. A buddie of ours thought it may have been missing a file so had me to try and repair/reformat but no such luck. I will write more, but I am a tad frustrated. Thankfully I have my hubbie's laptop to check things online, pay bill and such. I am annoyed that if my PC has crashed that I have lost all the pics of family and friends on there. *Fumes* Let me end this for now as just typing about this annoys me. I will try and catch you all up on our wonderful w-end minus me wanting to take a sledge hammer to my PC.

The Bucket List
The other night we watched "The Bucket List" starring Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson. If you have seen the previews then you know they are trying to full fill everything on their list before they kick the bucket. We both enjoyed it. The movie had us laughing and me crying. After watching this movie, it had me wondering of how many of us have a bucket list. I wondered if my parents had a bucket list and if they completed their list before our Heavenly Father called them home. I know I have thought of things I would love to see or do in my lifetime. How bout you all? Do you have a list?

It's Snowing....
Woo! It's finally snowing here. Doesn't look like it will be much but nonetheless I am way excited. Oh how I miss the snow. We lived in Colorado before here and Germany before that. Needless to say I was loving it. Every snowfall you could find me outside playing. LOL! I'll be dreaming of making snow angels tonight. *Smiles*

What a day!
Today I met up with one of my girl friends for our routine of lunch at Olive Garden. This is something we try to do a couple times a month. We sure do love us some OG. How can you go wrong? Good food and good company. We decided to go to Wal-Mart and look for some material after. To our surprise, the road in front of where we were going was blocked off. We were able to get to WM, but all we could see ahead of us was a dozen of cop cars and few other emergency vehicles. Perhaps there was an accident of some sort. We went in to WM to look for material and other little things we both needed. When we went to check out, the cashier had informed us about all the hoopla outside. There was a bank robbery, hostage taking and shooting that if we had left just a few minutes early would of stumbled right into it. Craziness I tell you! I'm glad we decided to get dessert like we normally do and enjoy a little bit more of girl chat. This will definitely be a girls lunch we never forget.

Blogging, here we come!
We started to create a page a few months ago, but that's as far as we got with it. We decided to give this a whirl as a way to keep our family and friends updated with life on our end. So blogging here we come! :)
